Returns

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Exchange Shipping: If you’re exchanging for a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs. For all other exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping fees.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may issue partial refunds for items that show signs of use or damage.

Damaged or Defective Items
